RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

All products are non – returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. You need to inform us by email within 7 working days of receiving the incorrect shipment on hello@fernwehcollective.com. If we are not informed within 7 working days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good. Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by Fernweh. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

If case of fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you in 10 – 15 business days. Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at hello@fernwehcollective.com

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We ship all over India and worldwide. For more information, please contact our customer care service at hello@fernwehcollective.com. The delivery shall be done by our trusted courier service. The courier service varies depending upon the location.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 working days for delivery to your selected post office. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Fernweh is not liable.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders will take about 5-7 days for delivery from the date of order. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India on orders above Rs. 999

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all over the world, at a rate calculated by weight for different zones. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
