How to choose the right fragrance?
Fragrances are categorized into families like floral, oriental, woody, or fresh. Start by identifying which family appeals to you most, then explore different scents within that category. Understanding the notes used in fragrances can help refine your selection.
What is a top note, heart note and a base note?
Top notes are the initial scents that last 15 minutes. Heart notes (middle notes) form the main body of the fragrance and lasts for about 2-3 hours. Base notes are the final scents that remain until the end of the day. Read our blog for more information.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfums (EDP), Eau de Toilette (EDT) and Eau de Cologne?
The difference lies in oil concentration. EDP has the highest (15-20%) concentration, followed by EDT (5-15%), then Eau de Cologne (2-4%). All Fernweh fragrances are Eau de Parfums. Read our blog for more information.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Avoid bathroom storage.
How long does a fragrance typically last on skin?
Our EDPs typically last 6-8 hours on skin. Duration varies based on skin type and environmental conditions. Apply to moisturized skin for better longevity.
What are pulse points and why should I apply fragrance there?
Pulse points are areas where blood vessels are close to the skin (wrists, neck, behind ears). These warm spots help diffuse the fragrance better.
Orders
How can I change/cancel my order?
You may change/cancel the order only if the order has not been dispatched. Change/Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at hello@fernwehcollective.com or 9830698406.
Can the item be returned?
All products are non-returnable.
Can my item be exchanged?
All products are non-exchangeable. Returns/replacement will be only accepted for fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction safety.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or directly through the courier service provider's website.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please document the damage with photos and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery at hello@fernwehcollective.com. We will assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
Shipping
What shipping method does the website use?
Any purchase made on our website shall be delivered to the address given at the time of placing the order. The delivery shall be done by our trusted courier service. The courier service varies depending upon the location.
What is the shipping cost for shipping in India?
Shipping costs are calculated on our checkout based on cumulative weight of the entire order and may vary depending upon the location/city.
How long will it take to deliver a shipment within India?
All domestic orders will take about 4-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to deliver a shipment outside of India?
International orders take a minimum of 7 - 10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. The tracking details will be shared with you via whatsapp or email. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
Check our website checkout page for domestic shipping charges. International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, regardless of order value.
Do you ship to all pin codes in India?
We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code during checkout before placing the order.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier service will attempt delivery thrice. Make sure you enter the correct address and contact no for an otp based delivery. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and our customer service team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
