Each perfume or cologne belong to a certain fragrance family eg. Floral, oriental, woody or fresh. Decide the olfactive family you like and then hunt for new scents in those category. You can also learn more about the different notes (ie. Top, heart and base) used to make the fragrance, to get a better idea of which ones you think will suit your tastes.

The top note is the strongest scent you’ll smell when you first spray a perfume, and it fades within 15 minutes, giving way to the middle note. The middle note (a.k.a. heart note) is the body of the perfume, staying prominent and bold for a few hours. When the middle dissipates, you’re left with the bottom note: those rich, heavy scents that linger until the end of the day.

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. All Fernweh fragrances are Eau de Parfums.

You may change / cancel the order only if the order has not been dispatched. Change / Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at support@fernwehcollective.com

All products are non – exchangeable. Returns / replacement will be only accepted for fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

Any purchase made on our website shall be delivered to the address given at the time of placing the order. The delivery shall be done by our trusted courier service. The courier service varies depending upon the location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and may vary depending upon the location / city.

All domestic orders will take about 4 -5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

We ship all over the world, at a rate calculated by weight for different zones.

International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
